Terms & Conditions of Service
The terms and conditions governing custom software engineering, licensing, and professional technology services provided by BeingMash Services Private Limited.
1. Engagement & Scope of Work
BeingMash Services Private Limited provides bespoke software development, cloud engineering, and technical advisory services as agreed upon in formal Project Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, upon receipt of final milestone payment, the Client acquires 100% sole ownership of all custom source code, design assets, and database schemas created specifically for the project.
3. Milestone Acceptance & Warranty
Deliverables are submitted in staged agile sprints. The Client has a 14-day review period for each milestone. All production deliverables include a 60-day defect warranty post-deployment.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to protect and maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary business data, trade secrets, customer records, and technical architectures exchanged during the engagement.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Karnataka, India.
