Milestone Delivery & Refund Policy
Our structured guidelines on milestone-based software engineering payments, change requests, and subscription cancellations.
1. Milestone-Based Engineering Payments
Because software development requires dedicated engineering time, hardware resources, and architectural planning, payments are structured around agreed sprint milestones rather than speculative upfront retainers.
2. Milestone Approvals
Once a sprint milestone is formally approved and accepted by the client after user acceptance testing (UAT), payment allocated to that completed milestone is non-refundable.
3. Project Cancellation & Pro-Rata Settlement
If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, the client will only be billed for engineering hours and milestone deliverables completed up to the cancellation date, with all completed code transferred to the client.
